For 1-to-1 lessons,
there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you don't cancel at least 24
hours before the start of class, you are responsible for the full
amount of the class fee.
For group courses:
Please ensure that
when registering for the course, you can attend the full course, since we will
be holding a place for you in the class.
If you cannot
attend, it will not be possible to assign your place in class to another
student, therefore, you are responsible for the full price of the course.
There will be no refunds unless the course does not commence.
If you miss a
lesson, we strongly recommend that you book a 1-on-1 catch up lesson so that
you can maintain the pace of the class with the other students.
